The plan for 2022 is for continuous growth with the total revenue target of no less than 6,000 million baht. It is also expected that many businesses in JWD’s portfolio will continue to grow from last year, such as the cargo transport business in which a plan is in place to increase the customer base among customers in the automotive industry, the expansion of cross-border transport business into Lao PDR and the multi-modal transportation, the vehicle storage and management business where a plan exists to expand the customer base, the cold storage and fulfillment storage where the storage spaces will be increased. For 2022, more cold storage facilities at four projects will be added. They are now under construction and will sequentially be open for business quarter by quarter, making up a total cold storage area of about 44,000 square meters. In addition, Alpha Industry Solutions, which is a joint venture between JWD and Origin Property Group, has put in place a project to continuously develop cargo storage facilities throughout the year to arrive at the total service area of about 200,000 square meters.

“At present, we have the capital in hand to support continuous business expansion plan this year, both in the form of the Company’s own investment and in cooperation with partners to expand current businesses as well as leveraging M&A. This is following the issuance of 1,200 million baht in debenture by JWD. On the other hand, we are also interested to raise funds in the form of digital assets,” Mr. Charvanin concluded.
